1. Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted printing and fulfillment partners in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other regions.
Whenever possible, your order is produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address. This helps reduce shipping time and unnecessary transportation.
2. How long does shipping take?
Processing time
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping.

Delivery time depends on your location, the product ordered, the fulfillment facility, and the shipping carrier.
An estimated delivery date may be displayed during checkout.
Important notes
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- International orders may experience additional customs processing time.
- Delivery may take longer during holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order ships.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your cart, and the available shipping method.
The complete shipping charge will be displayed before you submit your payment.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many countries worldwide. Enter your delivery address during checkout to see the shipping options currently available for your location.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
5. Are your products true to size?
Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing. However, measurements and fit may vary slightly between different products and styles.
Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. For the best fit, compare the measurements with a shirt or hoodie you already own.
6. How are your products made?
DrumVex products are made to order. After your order is placed, your selected design is printed on the garment and prepared specifically for you by one of our fulfillment partners.
Producing items only after they are ordered helps reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.
7. Are your designs original?
DrumVex creates drum-inspired apparel for drummers, percussionists, musicians, and everyone who lives by the beat.
Our goal is to offer distinctive artwork that allows drum lovers to proudly express their passion for rhythm and music.
8. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives your package.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every DrumVex item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size or product was selected, or when a customer changes their mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the affected item

10. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
First, check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before the package actually arrives.
We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your local post office, and any safe delivery locations around your address.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at support@drumvex.com and include your order number.
11. What if I order the wrong size?
Please check the product size chart carefully before ordering. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot normally provide a free replacement when an incorrect size was selected during checkout.
If you receive a size different from the one listed in your order confirmation, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
12. How should I wash my t-shirt or hoodie?
To help protect your garment and printed design:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent and a gentle washing cycle.
- Do not use bleach.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly over the printed design.
- Follow the care instructions shown on the garment label.
13. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders are often submitted to production quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
